On the morning of June 29, the 2026 professional training course for swimming and diving lifeguards officially kicked off at Hue City Sports Center, drawing nearly 100 participants, including officials and employees from agencies, organizations, and businesses across Hue.

On the morning of June 16, Hue Central Hospital officially launched the 2026 “Comprehensive Orthodontics Training Course,” which aims at meeting the growing demand for updated knowledge and enhanced professional capacity among healthcare personnel working at medical facilities nationwide.

On June 12th, at Hue Central Hospital, a delegation from Yokosuka Kyosai Hospital attended a working session and professional exchange as part of the long-term physician training cooperation program between the two institutions, which has been maintained for nearly a decade.

On June 11th, Hue Odonto-Stomatology Hospital, in collaboration with ReSurge International, completed a program providing surgery for maxillofacial deformities, cleft lip and palate, and craniofacial abnormalities, combined with professional training for doctors at the hospital’s Department of Plastic, Aesthetic and Maxillofacial Surgery.

On May 14th in Hue, the Journalism Professional Training Center under the Vietnam Journalists Association, in coordination with the city’s Journalists Association, organized a specialized training course titled “Applying Artificial Intelligence and Automation in Multimedia Content Production” for more than 40 reporters, editors, and communications officers. Attending the event was Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Nam, journalist, Chairwoman of the city’s Journalists Association and Deputy Director of Hue Newspaper and Radio-Television Station.

The “Surgical Patient Care” training course for nurses and midwives from across the hospital and related healthcare facilities is taking place from May 6 to 15. The program aims to update and standardize knowledge and skills in caring for surgical patients, while also enhancing the professional capacity of healthcare workers.

On the afternoon of March 30th, Hue Central Hospital announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MicroPort MedBot (China) and Hanoi Foreign Medical (HFM) to establish the first Vietnam-China Robotic Surgery Training Center in Vietnam. This is considered an important step in the strategy for developing high-tech medicine, contributing to enhancing professional capacity and international integration of Vietnam’s healthcare sector.

To meet the demand for updating knowledge and enhancing professional capacity for medical staff, Hue Central Hospital recently launched a series of large-scale and continuous training courses in March 2026, attracting a significant number of trainees from various healthcare facilities across the country.

On the afternoon of October 12th, at the Sports and Cultural Center Stadium of Phu Xuan Ward (Hue City), the Ministry of Education and Training, in coordination with Vietnam University and Professional Sports Association and Hue University and Professional Sports Association, held the opening ceremony of the 2025 National Men Student Football Tournament - TV360 Cup, Central Region.

On October 3, the Department of Education and Training organized a training conference to enhance professional capacity to meet the demands of educational innovation; and provide guidance on early detection, early intervention, and inclusive education for preschool administrators and teachers in the city.
