Recently, on the central streets of the city and along the Huong River, many people have noticed cyclos painted in Grab's signature green, with the brand’s logo and QR identification codes. This pilot program is being carried out under a cooperation agreement between Hue City and Grab Vietnam, with a group of cyclo drivers receiving support for vehicle repainting, uniforms, and identification accessories.

On the morning of August 25, on the routes around the Hue Imperial Citadel, Hue City People’s Committee held an event to launch a pilot bike route every Sunday morning. The event had the participation of Hue City leaders, along with hundreds of cadres and locals.

On the afternoon of July 14, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Hoang Hai Minh chaired the working session with the delegation of Ritsumeikan University from Japan on the implementation of the Sofix pilot project and the plan to construct the Sofix Laboratory Center in Thua Thien Hue.

In 2023, from five to eight publications will be published for Hue Bookcase; and from seven to ten publications will be proposed to the publishing plan for Hue Bookcase in 2024. This information was announced on March 23 by the Provincial People's Committee, relating to the plan of "Establishing and developing Hue Bookcase" in 2023.
