While the morning mist still lingers over the streets, Hue’s flower market is already awake before dawn. At the market along Ngo Kha Street in Phu Xuan Ward, near the wholesale market, warm yellow lights spill over bundles of flowers still in bud. The sharp revving of motorbikes, vendors calling out to one another, and brisk bargaining create a unique rhythm of the final days of the lunar year.

This year’s Lunar New Year market has recorded a marked diversity in product categories, designs, and origins, ranging from traditional goods to newly launched domestic and imported products.

On the morning of February 1, at Co.opmart Hue supermarket, Hue City Young Entrepreneurs Association, in collaboration with Hue City Cooperative Alliance and Saigon Co.op, held the opening ceremony for a Tet Fair themed “Stop by for Tet and you’ll like it - Step in and you’ll love it - Co.opmart Hue: Available on the shelf, ready to buy”.

On the evening of January 30, Hue City Tourism Association held a meeting and launched the implementation of its work plan in 2026.

Participating in large-scale trade fairs is a way for Hue enterprises to access new markets, seek partners to develop their brands, and elevate their scale of operations.

Before becoming part of today's Vinh Loc commune, My Loi belonged to Vinh My commune - a coastal plain, with the sea on one side and a lagoon on the other. It is indeed known as the only place in Hue where the locals have an accent similar to Quang region.

Although young tourists do not spend a great deal, this is a growing segment that brings vibrancy and strong influence across social media platforms. Studying and effectively tapping into the young tourist market is essential for creating greater value in tourism development.

In the bright picture of Vietnam’s tourism which has made a strong recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic, Hue tourism shows positive signs in terms of strong growth in the number of international visitors and expanding the market of international tourists.

Hue is colorful on the days near Mid-Autumn Festival. Hundreds of unicorn heads, together with accessories and props displayed for sale along the street have attracted buyers and wanderers.
