On the morning of April 11, at Secret Affairs Institute - Tam Toa Complex, Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in coordination with Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities, Hai Ba Trung High School, and Nguyen Hue High School, organized a heritage education program titled “Reforms of Emperor Minh Mang”, in celebration of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).

Historical documents and artifacts featured in the thematic exhibition “Hue - Historical Imprints and the Journey to Rise in a New Era” have contributed to promoting heritage education programs, while enriching students’ knowledge of history and culture.

Recently, the Department of Education and Training, in coordination with Hue Monuments Conservation Center, held a conference to review heritage education efforts for the 2020-2025 period, while signing a cooperation program to implement the heritage education for 2026-2030.

On the morning of January 2, the University of Education, Hue University, held a program titled “Connecting Spring - Sharing Tet” on taking students home for Tet of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.

On the afternoon of January 29th, Hue University of Sciences High School for Gifted Students organized an experiential activity titled “Hue Tuong masks - When art becomes heritage” for students. The program is part of the Local Education curriculum, aiming to help students gain a deeper understanding of local history and culture, thereby fostering love for their homeland and an awareness of the importance of respecting and preserving traditional cultural heritage values.

On the morning of January 17, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in collaboration with the Department of Higher Education (Ministry of Education and Training), the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, Hue University, and Hue City Youth Union jointly organized the 2026 Admissions and Career Counseling Program at Hue City Youth Activity Center.

On the afternoon of December 24, at Hai Ba Trung High School, the Department of Education and Training held a training workshop to roll out digital citizenship skills education at the primary level for administrators of general education institutions with primary programs.

On the occasion of the 140th anniversary of Emperor Ham Nghi’s issuance of the Can Vuong Edict (1885 - 2025) - a milestone marking the beginning of the representative patriotic movement of the late 19th century, on the morning of December 7, Hue Monuments Conservation Center organized the heritage education program “Can Vuong tremendous spirit” (“Hao khi Can Vuong”) at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities and the Nguyen Dynasty’s Privy Council (Co Mat Vien - Tam Toa) space.

On the morning of December 6, at Quang Trung Primary School (Thuan Hoa Ward), the Department of Education and Training, in coordination with Loc Thinh Co., Ltd., organized a program to present helmets to first grade students in the academic year 2025-2026.

On the afternoon of December 3, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) held an online conference to launch the Petrovietnam STEM Innovation Program. Hue City’s live broadcast was hosted at the headquarters of the Department of Education and Training.
