On the afternoon of June 11, the School of Engineering and Technology, Hue University officially launched the Japanese-Standard Engineering Training Program, marking a strategic cooperation between the institution and Nisso Kosan (under the management of Nisso Corporation) and Meisei Group (Japan) in the field of training, education, and high-quality human resource development.

On the afternoon of June 4, the University of Education, Hue University, held a ceremony to announce a collaborative engineering training program in Industrial Engineering with the INSA Centre Val de Loire (France), and undergraduate programs in Engineering Physics that have been approved for student admission and training.

On June 5, the University of Education, Hue University, organized a graduation ceremony, conferring doctoral degrees on 5 researchers who completed their PhD studies and master’s degrees on 289 students who fulfilled the requirements of their master’s programs. Among the new doctoral graduates was a candidate from Laos.

Heading towards the 136th anniversary of the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on the morning of May 16, the City Association for Promoting Education held the May 19 program to award scholarships to students facing difficult circumstances in the city area.

On the morning of April 11, at Secret Affairs Institute - Tam Toa Complex, Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in coordination with Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities, Hai Ba Trung High School, and Nguyen Hue High School, organized a heritage education program titled “Reforms of Emperor Minh Mang”, in celebration of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).

Historical documents and artifacts featured in the thematic exhibition “Hue - Historical Imprints and the Journey to Rise in a New Era” have contributed to promoting heritage education programs, while enriching students’ knowledge of history and culture.

Recently, the Department of Education and Training, in coordination with Hue Monuments Conservation Center, held a conference to review heritage education efforts for the 2020-2025 period, while signing a cooperation program to implement the heritage education for 2026-2030.

On the morning of January 2, the University of Education, Hue University, held a program titled “Connecting Spring - Sharing Tet” on taking students home for Tet of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.

On the afternoon of January 29th, Hue University of Sciences High School for Gifted Students organized an experiential activity titled “Hue Tuong masks - When art becomes heritage” for students. The program is part of the Local Education curriculum, aiming to help students gain a deeper understanding of local history and culture, thereby fostering love for their homeland and an awareness of the importance of respecting and preserving traditional cultural heritage values.

On the morning of January 17, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in collaboration with the Department of Higher Education (Ministry of Education and Training), the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, Hue University, and Hue City Youth Union jointly organized the 2026 Admissions and Career Counseling Program at Hue City Youth Activity Center.
