The program served as an important forum for creating a multilateral space for connections, sharing experiences, and expanding practical cooperation opportunities in education and training, high-quality human resource development, cultural exchange, local connectivity, and business cooperation.

During the discussion session, delegates focused on exchanging views on strategic cooperation directions, as well as proposing numerous specific solutions and partnership models among agencies, organizations, educational institutions, and the business communities of Vietnam and Japan.

A highlight of the program was the signing ceremony for 7 Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between organizations, businesses, and localities of the two countries. The agreements focus on 3 key areas: improving the quality of practical education; training and developing human resources; and promoting investment, agriculture, and business connections.

The successful signing of the 7 MOUs not only creates a legal basis and solid foundation for turning the discussions into concrete and effective actions, but also contributes to building an extensive and practical network of connections.

According to the organizing committee, the program goes beyond the scope of an ordinary exchange activity, aiming to build a multilateral network of connections among management agencies, educational institutions, social organizations, and businesses of the two countries in order to share resources and carry out practical cooperation initiatives.
