University of Education, Hue University partners with France on engineer training

The University of Education, Hue University worked with the Rencontres du Vietnam Organization

The agreement provides a basis for developing, organizing, and implementing a joint engineering training program between the University of Education, Hue University and the INSA Centre Val de Loire (France), with the companionship and support of the Rencontres du Vietnam Organization, aiming to train high-quality human resources for Vietnam.

The program will be implemented under the 2+3 model, comprising two phases. During the first 2 years, students will study at the University of Education, Hue University, following a curriculum equivalent to the first 2 years of the engineering program at the INSA Centre Val de Loire. In the following 3 years, students will continue their studies at the INSA Centre Val de Loire to complete the engineering program.

The program is run on a non-profit basis, and students pay no tuition fees throughout their studies at either institution.

Signing of the cooperation agreement

Under the agreement, the Rencontres du Vietnam Organization will provide financial support for training-related costs during phase 1 at the University of Education; and will also advise the university on program development, and on mobilizing additional resources when necessary.

The continued implementation of the program will contribute to strengthening Vietnam - France educational cooperation while creating more opportunities for students, particularly those in the Central region, to access high-quality technical and technological training and international integration.
