Heading towards the 136th anniversary of the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on the morning of May 16, the City Association for Promoting Education held the May 19 program to award scholarships to students facing difficult circumstances in the city area.

On April 22, the Zhishan Foundation, the City Social Work and Child Protection Center, in collaboration with the Phong Dien Ward People's Committee, organized the first-round scholarship awarding ceremony in 2026 for poor students overcoming difficulties in Phong Dien, Phong Thai, Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, and Phong Quang wards.

On April 16, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, coordinated with Phong Vu Trading, Service, Import-Export Co., Ltd to hold a regular scholarship awarding ceremony for the university’s students.

On March 14, in Da Nang City, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), in collaboration with the National Traffic Safety Committee and Honda Vietnam Company, organized the closing and awarding ceremony for the “Traffic Safety” Contest for the academic year 2025 - 2026, held for primary, secondary, and high school students and teachers nationwide.

On the afternoon of January 23rd, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University held a graduation ceremony and awarded doctoral, master’s, engineer and veterinarian degrees for Phase 1 of 2026.

On the morning of January 10th, Hue University of Sciences, Hue University, held a graduation ceremony and awarded degrees to new doctoral and master graduates for the year 2025.

On the morning of January 10, the Youth Union of Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television, in collaboration with sponsors, including: Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO), and Thua Thien Hue Construction Joint Stock Company, organized the “Supporting students to school” scholarship awarding ceremony for students in difficult circumstances in Dan Dien Commune.

On the morning of January 5, the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University, held its third 2025 graduation ceremony, awarding degrees to new PhD, master’s, and bachelor’s graduates.

On the evening of November 21, the city’s Union of Science and Technology Associations, in coordination with the Department of Science & Technology, Hue University, the Labor Federation, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and other related units, organized the closing ceremony and award presentation for the 15th Hue City Technical Innovation Contest 2025.

On the morning of October 25, Hue Central Hospital and Hue City People’s Procuracy, in coordination with Thanh Nien Newspaper, Venerable Nun Thich Nu Tam Nguyet, and the Buddhists of Pho Hien Pagoda (Ho Chi Minh City), organized a gift-giving program for pediatric patients in especially difficult circumstances who are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
