Awarding Doctoral, Master’s, Engineer and Veterinarian Degrees - Phase 1, 2026

HNN.VN - On the afternoon of January 23rd, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University held a graduation ceremony and awarded doctoral, master’s, engineer and veterinarian degrees for Phase 1 of 2026.

The University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University presented doctoral degrees to three PhD candidates; master’s degrees to 20 postgraduate students of Cohort 29 as well as postgraduate students from earlier cohorts; and engineer and veterinarian degrees to 466 students enrolled in regular programs, articulation (bridging) programs, and second-degree programs.

For regular undergraduate students, 24 students achieved excellent classification (accounting for 5%); 60 students achieved good classification (13%); 333 students were classified as fairly good (73%); and 41 students achieved average classification (9%). Thus, the proportion of students achieving excellent, good, and fairly good classifications reached 91%. For articulation and second-degree students, 100% achieved fairly good, good, or excellent classifications.

According to the university leaders’ assessment, during their studies at the university, most PhD candidates and postgraduate students continued to hold professional positions at their respective institutions. Nevertheless, they made great efforts to complete their study plans, devoted substantial time to thoroughly preparing specialized topics, discussion content, practical sessions, and internships, and conducted high-quality scientific research, enabling them to successfully defend their doctoral dissertations and master’s theses.

In this graduation phase, 12 students received certificates of merit from the Director of Hue University, and 79 students received certificates of merit from the university. This year, many Youth Union members and final-year students were also commended at various levels for their achievements in Youth Union, Student Association, and club/team activities.
