On the evening of May 1st, the People’s Committee of Hue City announced that, on the same day, the city’s heritage site system recorded the highest-ever number of visitors and ticket revenue in a single day. This result further affirms the strong appeal of Hue as a destination in general, and particularly during the April 30th - May 1st holiday.

On the morning of April 27th, the Department of Tourism reported that the total number of visitors to Hue during this year’s Hung Kings’ Commemoration holiday was estimated at around 310.500. This marks a sharp increase compared to the same holiday in 2025, when Hue welcomed 109.000 visitors.

On the evening of April 25, the art program “Enchanting Imperial Palace” will officially open at Hue Imperial Citadel. Over the past few days, people from villages across Dan Dien Commune have been encouraging one another to visit the floating fish farms along the Bo River to buy fish in support of local farmers.
