On the afternoon of December 18, a National Scientific Conference themed “Promoting the value of Hue traditional music in cultural and tourism development” took place at Saigon Morin Hotel. The conference was jointly organized by Thua Thien Hue Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations and relevant agencies.

On the afternoon of November 27, the Provincial Women's Union, in collaboration with the Blue Dragon International (Blue Dragon Children's Organization), organized a conference to exchange experiences and implement support activities for children, adolescents, and women, as well as the prevention and combat against human trafficking, between Thua Thien Hue and Ha Giang provinces.

On the morning of November 2nd, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Agency and Business Union collaborated with AMES English Center to organize the final round of the 2nd English Competition for members and youth of the Agency and Business Block in 2024.

On the morning of October 15, the Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Federation held a ceremony to honor outstanding collectives and individuals in the summer youth volunteer movement in the period of 2000 – 2024.

On the afternoon of October 9, at Thanh Nien Guest House, Tuoi Tre newspaper coordinated with Thua Thien Hue Provincial Youth Union to organize the "Tiep Suc Den Truong" scholarship awarding ceremony for 91 new students with difficult circumstances from Thua Thien Hue (82 new students) and Quang Ngai (9 new students).

On October 6, in Phu Da town (Phu Vang district), the Provincial Youth Union organized activities in response to the “Clean Up the World” campaign and the 4th National Green Sunday.

The distinctive images and flavors of local specialties brought by women’s union (WU) members to contests, or food stores owned by members, are actively introduced and promoted by the Provincial WU and its local branches, contributing to introducing Hue's culinary culture far and wide.

On the afternoon of July 27th, the Provincial Farmers' Union, in coordination with the People's Committee of Hue City, organized the opening of the first Highland Market Fair in Hue City in 2024.

On the evening of May 17th, the provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations (HUSTA) held the 8th annual ceremony to honor distinguished science and technology (S&T) intellectuals in 2024.

The Provincial Union of Scientific and Technical Associations, representing the Provincial Technical Innovation Contest organizing committe, has just released information on Thua Thien Hue’s participation and achievements at the 17th National Technical Innovation Competition (2022-2023) and the Science and Technology Innovation Awards of Vietnam in 2023.
