On the morning of April 16, Hue City Association of the Blind organized a seminar to commemorate the 70th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's visit to the School for Blind War Veterans (1956 - 2026), the 57th anniversary of the Establishment of the Vietnam Blind Association (April 17, 1969 - April 17, 2026), and the 28th anniversary of Vietnam Disability Day (April 18, 1998 - April 18, 2026).

On the evening of April 1, Prime Minister and Head of the National Civil Defense Steering Committee Pham Minh Chinh, together with President of the Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai, co-chaired a nationwide conference, held both in-person and online, on disaster prevention and control for 2026.

A ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of Vietnam Sports Day (March 27th, 1946 – March 27th, 2026), organized by the Department of Culture and Sports, was held on the afternoon of March 27 at the City Culture and Cinema Center. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee, attended and extended congratulations and encouragement.

In 2025, Ho Chi Minh Museum collected and received 35 artifacts, contributing to enriching the source of documents and artifacts serving exhibition activities, scientific research, and long-term preservation. In addition, the unit digitized more than 1.000 documents and artifacts.

After three months of implementing the renovation and embellishment work, the Historical site of the burial place of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan (the mother of President Ho Chi Minh), with many components, has been completed.

A large number of photographic and documentary materials highlighting the special relationship between President Ho Chi Minh and General Nguyen Chi Thanh were exhibited and introduced to the public on the morning of December 12th at Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City (No. 7 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

Over 200 students from secondary schools in Thuan Hoa Ward (Hue City) took part in an educational event promoting knowledge about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, as well as communication activities related to the 2025 Family Development Strategy.

Not only serving as a “red address” for patriotic education, the system of heritage sites related to President Ho Chi Minh in Hue is also an attractive cultural and historical tourism destination that draws visitors.

Images of President Ho Chi Minh during his revolutionary activities in China were presented at the exhibition “The Revolutionary Path - Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China”, organized by Ho Chi Minh Museum in coordination with Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City. The exhibition opened on the afternoon of November 26th at No. 7 Le Loi Street (Thuan Hoa Ward).

On August 28, 1945, the people gathered at the Hue stadium for a rally to welcome the Central Delegation, which proclaimed the nationwide triumph of the General Uprising and introduced the National Liberation Committee as the Provisional Revolutionary Government, led by Comrade Ho Chi Minh as President.
