The humanitarian “zero-cost surgery” programs at hospitals have supported many children from disadvantaged backgrounds. It is a deeply humane journey, made possible by teams of doctors and medical staff together with compassionate volunteers across the country, all sharing the hope of bringing joy and happiness to these children.

From February 13th - 14th, in Hue, the Khoi Su Tu Tam Foundation (Kim Oanh Group), in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, organized its key charitable program “Gieo Xuan Season 3 2026”, along with accompanying activities such as “Happiness Sprouts” and gift presentations for disadvantaged children, patients, and members of the local Blind Association. The total budget for the series of activities was nearly 700 million VND.

After over 2 weeks taking place in Hanoi, the exhibition on the country’s achievements with the theme “the 80-year journey to Independence - Freedom - Happiness” has officially closed. The organizing committee honored and awarded the title of “Typical Display Space” to the display space of Hue City.

Alongside provinces, cities, and ministries across the country, Hue City participated in the National Achievements “80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness” themed exhibition held in Hanoi, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2nd).

The exhibition with the theme “The Journey of 80 Years to Independence - Freedom - Happiness” will take place from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exhibition Center in Hanoi. Hue City will bring to the event a display space rich in Hue’s identity and cultural characteristics.

On the morning of December 10, in Phuoc Tich ancient village, Phong Hoa commune, the People’s Committee of Phong Dien district held a Half Marathon in 2023 with the theme “Huong xua lang co - The Footsteps of Happiness”.

On the afternoon of September 6, the French Institute in Hue and the Cooperation Committee for Research in Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Education, Hue University organized a scientific conference with the theme "Happiness and Wealth".
