Adjusting the planning of Hue City for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, is critically necessary in order to shape the spatial development organization model and fully utilize the city’s potential and advantages.

On the afternoon of December 29th in Hanoi, the Ministry of Health held the National Conference to review health sector performance in 2025; wrap up the 2021 - 2025 term; outline directions for the 2026 - 2030 term; and deploy key tasks for 2026.

On the morning of November 30th, Hue City People’s Committee Office announced that on November 29th, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2688/QD-TTg approving the election result for the position of Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.

At the 28th specialized session of Hue City People's Council, term VIII (2021-2026), held on the afternoon of November 18, the City People's Council conducted the consolidation of several important positions within the City People's Committee. With a 100% approval rate from all delegates present, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, was elected as the Chairman of Hue City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Nearly 5 years into implementation, the project “Promoting the Value of Ho Chi Minh Relics in Hue City to Serve Tourism Development” for the 2021-2025 period has attracted participation from nearly 10 travel agencies offering tours to the Ho Chi Minh Museum and other relic sites.

From July 21st to 31st, Hue City Center for Disease Control organized a series of activities across local communities to implement the Action Plan of Hue City’s National Nutrition Strategy for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2045.

On the morning of July 3rd, Hue City Blind Association (HCBA) held a mid-year review conference to assess its activities during the first six months of 2025, outline tasks for the second half of the year, and review the five-year implementation of the 2021-2025 support program for people with disabilities (PWDs).

On the morning of June 25, Hue City Labor Federation held a conference to review the campaign “Building Close-knit Families, Prosperous, Progressive, Happy, and Civilized Workers in Hue City” and commend outstanding families in the period of 2021 - 2025.

On the morning of April 26th, the People’s Committee of Phong My Commune, Phong Dien Town, officially launched the O Lau Upriver Ecotourism Site (Ham Heo). This community tourism site was previously recognized by the provincial government under Decision No. 954/QD-UBND dated March 28th, 2021.
