On the evening of November 22, the Provincial Department of Tourism organized the opening ceremony for the “Wellness Tourism Week” 2024. This event is part of the Winter Festival - “Winter in Hue” (taking place from October to December) of Hue Festival 2024.

On the evening of November 15, the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Technical Innovation Contest held the closing and awarding ceremony for the 14th Provincial Technical Innovation Contest - 2024, honoring the authors and groups of authors of the 63 winning entries.

After winning the 2024 Road to Olympia Championship, on the afternoon of October 14, Vo Quang Phu Duc, a 12th grade student majoring in Math, class 1 at Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, returned to school in a warm welcome from teachers, friends and family.

On October 5th, the Vietnam Digital Media Association and VietTimes e-magazine held the Vietnam Digital Awards 2024 ceremony in Hanoi. Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) was honored in the category of Outstanding digital transformation by public service and business units with its solution “Applying digital technology to conserve and promote the values of Hue’s heritage.”

On the morning of September 18, the 7th Ancient Capital Literature and Arts Awards (2018 – 2023) was held at the Cultural and Cinema Center of Thua Thien Hue Province.

Vietnam has continued to be named as “Asia’s Leading Destination”, “Asia’s Leading Heritage Destination in 2024”, and “Asia’s Leading Natural Destination in 2024”, together with many other prestigious awards.

On the day I arrived at the far-off Hong Thuy Commune of the A Luoi border district, I saw the image of a Pa Co woman busily “hunting” goby in a winding stream in the mountain and forest.
