On the morning of February 10, Hue City People’s Committee held a ceremony to praise and award national excellent students of the 2024 - 2025 academic year at Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted.

The spring afternoon sunshine on Vong Canh Hill convers the landscape with a golden glow, filtering through the whispering pine canopies and stretching silent shadows across the ground. Overcoming 200 applicants to advance to the next round, the little girl Nguyen Khanh Ly (Hue City) excellently won the first runner-up and she was crowned at the final round of the “Global Child Supermodel” competition.

On the afternoon of January 14, the Startup and Innovation Center - Hue University, in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology and the Vietnam - Japan Association of Entrepreneurship (E-Future), organized the final round of the “Vietnam Startup Contest 2024” (VSC2024).

On the morning of December 28, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan had a meeting and commendation with the team of students who won prizes in the international Olympiad and Scientific and Technical Competitions 2024. Ho Duc Trung, an alumnus of Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted was awarded the Third-Class Labor Order for his achievement of winning the Silver Medal at the International Biology Olympiad.

On December 27th, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, in collaboration with “For Green Future” Foundation (Vingroup), held the 2024 Vietnam ASEAN Eco-schools awards ceremony in Hanoi.

On December 24, Korean Institute of Traditional Culture Research and ORIHERI announced that Nguyen Ngoc Phon, a 23-year-old representative from Hue (of Doan Trang Embroidery and Sewing Service & Trade Co., Ltd.), surpassed more than 2,000 contestants worldwide to secure third prize at the World Grand Prix Supreme Model Contest and Seoul Beauty Fashion Festival 2024 (World Champion Model and Beauty Fashion Festival in Seoul - Korea 2024).

From creating entertaining clips to advertise products to make a living in the bustling city during his early days of "leaving the forest for the streets," the name "David Nop" has now become a fixture on the internet, winning the love of the youth in Hue and gradually spreading among young people nationwide.

After winning the Week 2 competition, February, quarter 1, Le Quang Duy Khoa, the students of Quoc Hoc Hue High school for the Gifted continues to claim the monthly crown in the February competition, quarter 1 of the 25th season of the Road to Mount Olympia, which aired on the afternoon of December 8.
