| Eureka - Lego team competing at the tournament |
Held over two days, August 2nd - 3rd, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Central and Southern regional finals of Robotacon WRO 2025 brought together 465 students from 156 elementary, secondary, and high schools across the region.
With the theme “The Future of Robots” and the message “Robots are not just tools, but companions helping humans solve global challenges”, the competition encouraged students to explore the role of robotics in building a sustainable, intelligent, and humane future.
The challenges were designed to spark creativity, programming skills, and technological application in solving real-world problems, from automation, environment, education to healthcare. This serves as an important stepping stone for students to develop logical thinking, programming abilities, and teamwork, all of which are key skills in the digital age.
Representing Eureka Center - Hue, the Eureka - Lego team outperformed many strong contenders to take first place in the B0 category, which caters to the youngest participants (ages 6-10). This division requires intuitive thinking, smooth coordination, and an early spirit of learning among young competitors.
