On November 14, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong made a field trip to inspect the implementation of the project of embellishing the banks of the Huong River in combination with the wharf located along Bui Thi Xuan Park, and the project of Hai Ba Trung pedestrian street (Hue City). Accompanying him was Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh.

The project Hue - The Urban of Plastic Reduction in Vietnam Central Region, World Wild Fund for Nature (WWF-Vietnam) has just launched the photo contest called “Plastic Heroes” taking place from September 9 to 23, 2022 to all of the people, organizations, and enterprises nationwide.

Late 2021, Hue City People's Committee was honored with the Golden Award in the Second National Urban Planning Awards with the project “Detailed planning on two banks of the Huong River”.
