Not only serving as a “red address” for patriotic education, the system of heritage sites related to President Ho Chi Minh in Hue is also an attractive cultural and historical tourism destination that draws visitors.

On December 7, HTV Vietnam-China Services and Tourism Co., Ltd held the 2025 International Conference on Employment and Studying Abroad in China.

Under the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Hue City People’s Committee, and Hue City Department of Tourism, the organizing unit - BamBoo Artists Agency - has introduced the large-scale Hue Mega Concert event series.

In the context of the increasingly extensive development of Vietnam-Japan relations, local cooperation has become an important driving force that fosters strong and lasting ties between the two countries. On the evening of November 29, the Department of Tourism coordinated with relevant units, to organize a welcome event for the first flight and its passengers traveling from Shenzhen (China) to Hue City by air. Attending the program was Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee.

“Vietnam Sports Administration (Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism) has just issued a decision to establish Vietnam Sports Delegation for SEA Games 33, in which Hue sports contributes 1 coach and 7 athletes,” said Bui Thanh Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture & Sports on the afternoon of November 28th. ​

In the tourism and service development orientation of Hue City for the 2025-2030 period, with a vision to 2045, Hue tourism aims to attract 10-12 million visitors by 2030, achieving annual growth of 18-20%, with international visitors accounting for about 45+50%. Speaking with Hue Today Weekly, Mr. Dinh Manh Thang, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Tourism Association and Chairman of Hue Tourism Association, stated that despite encouraging achievements, Hue tourism still faces issues that require bold change to achieve sustainable development.

Nearly 5 years into implementation, the project “Promoting the Value of Ho Chi Minh Relics in Hue City to Serve Tourism Development” for the 2021-2025 period has attracted participation from nearly 10 travel agencies offering tours to the Ho Chi Minh Museum and other relic sites.
