This was the theme of the International Research Conference jointly hosted by the Italian Embassy and UNESCO Vietnam, which was organized by Marche Polytechnic University and Hue University of Sciences on December 7th at the Italian Cultural Center in Hanoi. This event marks final activity of a three-year scientific collaboration among these three institutions.

Comic artist and illustrator Jeet Zdung’s exhibition “Awake” included 50 works on the theme of wild art, opening a new and unique world of animals and their own stories. The exhibition is co-organized by Hanoi Grapevine and ddur.productions at Song Platform, Zone A2, Hung Vuong Commercial Center, Phu Nhuan Ward, Hue City.

In response to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3rd), the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs collaborated with the Center for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population (CCIHP) to organize a community-oriented running program, “Together with Persons with Disabilities,” under the theme “Every Step Counts - Connecting Love” in Hue City on the morning of December 3rd.

On December 1, the Provincial Center of Information Technology (HueCIT) coordinated with the SMC Hue Co., Ltd. and the Architecture and Urban Research Institute (AURI) (South Korea) to organize the 2nd International Forum themed "Hue - Information Technology - Promoting sustainable development".

The performance lasts 50 minutes with the theme of the four seasons, the Art Nouveau movement combined with traditional Vietnamese lacquer art, minimalism with dragons and phoenixes. The show also features the movement of Art Deco along with iconic plants and trees in Vietnamese culture.

On the evening of November 22, the opening ceremony of an art exhibition on exchanging paintings by artists from Vietnam and South Korea, with the theme "Accompany", took place at Thieu Phuong Garden, Hue Imperial Citadel.

On the morning of November 22, the University of Arts, Hue University coordinated with Savannakhet Fine Art School (Laos) to hold an art exhibition to foster Vietnam – Laos cultural exchange with the theme “Connecting”.

The exhibition was organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with Germany's Society for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage, Fulda (GEKE) on November 20.

Hue Digital Transformation Week 2023, with the theme “Generating Digital Data - Accelerating Regional Connectivity,” is expected to unveil strategies for a new phase of digital transformation (DT) in Thua Thien Hue. Heading towards Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23), the National Archives Center No.1 (under the State Records and Archives Department) and Hue Monuments Conservation Center will jointly open an exhibition space themed "Imperial Archives of the Nguyen Dynasty - Memory of a Dynasty" on November 17, at the Exhibition Building, the National Archives Center I, at 5 Vu Pham Ham Street, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
