“Encoding Time” was the theme of an exhibition that opened to the public on the afternoon of April 25 at the Intercultural Meeting Place - Lan Vien Co Tich space (part of the Huong River Museum of Ancient Ceramics, Bach Dang Street, Phu Xuan Ward).

“Hue cultural heritage - Integration, creativity, and development” is the title of a thematic exhibition that has recently opened to the public at Pleiku Museum (21 Tran Hung Dao Street, Pleiku Ward, Gia Lai Province) on April 21.

On April 18, at Secret Affairs Institute - Tam Toa Complex (No. 33, Tong Duy Tan Street, Phu Xuan Ward), Hue Monuments Conservation Center opened the exhibition “Stories from Ancient Manuscripts.” The event responds to Hue Festival 2026 - the Summer Festival themed “The Shining Citadel” and looks ahead to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).

In the artistic space of Boi Tran Garden during the final days of March, an exhibition was held for the first time that was not only a source of inspiration for artists alone. For the art-loving public, it felt like a grand masterpiece - one that harmoniously blends people with nature.

On the morning of April 6th, Hue city People’s Committee held the launch ceremony for the “Understanding Online Public Services on the Hue-S Platform 2026” online contest. Following its success in Hue, representative paintings by Emperor Ham Nghi will be showcased to the public in Hanoi in late April 2026.

On the afternoon of March 29, at Hue Book and Culture Space (23 - 25 Le Loi Street), the Hair Donation Day, with the message “Giving hair - Giving love”, attracted a large number of students and residents. The event was organized by the “One painting - Many hopes” project in collaboration with Thuan Hoa Ward Public Career Service Center, and Hue Book and Culture Club, with the support from Loan Nguyen hair salon.

After a three-week artist residency in Hue, on the afternoon of March 27, South Korean artist Sunyoung Park presented her artworks to the public in an exhibition titled “Nostalgia is not what it seems”.

Without the need for large-scale promotional campaigns, many young people are turning to social media as their own way to tell stories about Hue. From short videos and everyday imagery to artistic projects, the image of the former imperial capital is gradually reaching the public in a more vivid and relatable way.
