Remarkably, this initiative is the result of a scientific innovation project developed by a group of students from this mountainous region.

Hue City is entering a new stage of development with the goal of becoming a major regional hub for science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation in Central Vietnam. To realize this strategy, intellectuals, scientists, experts, and traditional local knowledge are regarded as a key force contributing to Hue’s sustainable growth.
