The competition focuses on key categories including: general knowledge (rapid-response and multiple-choice formats); practical connection (presentations and public speaking); and student creativity (staged performances and idea presentations through drama, musical theater, mime, music, and related formats…).
The competition is organized to connect academic training with practical intellectual property issues in the context of digital transformation and the rapid development of artificial intelligence. Through the event, the organizers aim to enhance the students’ awareness, knowledge, and skills regarding the creation, protection, and exploitation of intellectual assets in the digital environment. At the same time, the competition encourages creativity, technological thinking, and proactive learning, while also building a network for students from universities nationwide to connect and share knowledge on intellectual property.
In 2026, the competition brings together seven teams from law-training institutions across the country, including: the Faculty of Law (University of Economics, University of Danang); the Faculty of Law (Can Tho University); the Faculty of Law (School of Public Policy and Management, National Economics University); the Faculty of Law (Van Lang University); the Faculty of Law (School of Languages, Social Sciences and Humanities, Duy Tan University); the Faculty of Law (University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City); and University of Law, Hue University.
