Team members represented different generations in families

The competition brought together 22 teams from affiliated women's associations. Each team consisted of 6 members representing different generations of a family, including grandparents, parents, and children, who joined hands in preparing and presenting their dishes.

Through the competition, the teams introduced traditional dishes that are characteristic of Vietnamese families in general and Hue families in particular; these dishes have demonstrated their skills and creativity in food preparation and presentation, while spreading the message of preserving family meals and building happy homes.

In addition to honoring culinary culture, the competition also helped raise awareness about food safety and encouraged healthy lifestyles within families. Thereby, it promoted the unique values of Hue cuisine, contributing to the implementation of the “Hue - the Culinary Capital” project, and spreading the image of progressive, united, and happy families in the community.
