On the morning of September 20, Hue University held the final round of the 8th Hue University Startup and Innovation Idea Competition 2025.

Hue City has recently become the starting point for a campaign to strengthen the implementation of a smoke-free environment in restaurants, hotels, and public attractions. Starting on September 9, the method of welcoming and serving visitors to the The To Mieu relic site (Hue Imperial Citadel), where the Nguyen Dynasty emperors are worshiped, will be changed. Accordingly, visitors will no longer be allowed going inside the building. Instead, they will be able to visit, explore, and offer incense from the outside.

Organizing STEAM educational experiences for students; a warm art night dedicated to mothers; a journey carrying books to a remote village; and a discussion with young people about French architecture, etc., these activities gave August a warm start at Hue Book and Culture Space - a cultural meeting place that, despite being new, has become a cherished part of Hue.

On August 13, the Department of Science and Technology held a conference titled “Orientation for solutions to develop an Innovative Startup Ecosystem in Hue City in the New Phase”. The event was held to foster the work of discussing, sharing, and offering solutions to agree on ways to promote local innovative startup ecosystem, helping it overcome challenges and reach new heights.
