The heart donated from Bach Mai Hospital has begun to beat its first rhythms in the body of a patient, marking a successful journey of life transfer. This is a record-breaking transplant, with the heart implantation taking just over 50 minutes at Hue Central Hospital.

Among the top 10 records for Asian culinary dishes and specialties this year, Thua Thien Hue has two records recognised as Asian records, which are mussel rice (com hen), a culinary dish, and sesame candy (me xung), a local specialty.

The awarding ceremony was held on the night of December 2, in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of guests and locals involving in creating the artwork.
