On the afternoon of March 7, the art photography exhibition themed “Perspectives on heritage” offered the public an emotionally rich artistic space, featuring 90 works by photographers from Hanoi, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City. The event is part of a literature and arts exchange program closely following the traditional relationship of “Hanoi - Hue - Saigon”, which has been maintained since 2023.

Over many years, the city’s economic and technical infrastructure system has received sustained investment and has gradually been improved. During the 2026 - 2030 period, the city will prioritize allocating public investment capital to complete a synchronized, modern strategic infrastructure system.

“Encoding Time” was the theme of an exhibition that opened to the public on the afternoon of April 25 at the Intercultural Meeting Place - Lan Vien Co Tich space (part of the Huong River Museum of Ancient Ceramics, Bach Dang Street, Phu Xuan Ward).

“Hue cultural heritage - Integration, creativity, and development” is the title of a thematic exhibition that has recently opened to the public at Pleiku Museum (21 Tran Hung Dao Street, Pleiku Ward, Gia Lai Province) on April 21.

On April 18, at Secret Affairs Institute - Tam Toa Complex (No. 33, Tong Duy Tan Street, Phu Xuan Ward), Hue Monuments Conservation Center opened the exhibition “Stories from Ancient Manuscripts.” The event responds to Hue Festival 2026 - the Summer Festival themed “The Shining Citadel” and looks ahead to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).

In the artistic space of Boi Tran Garden during the final days of March, an exhibition was held for the first time that was not only a source of inspiration for artists alone. For the art-loving public, it felt like a grand masterpiece - one that harmoniously blends people with nature.

On the morning of April 6th, Hue city People’s Committee held the launch ceremony for the “Understanding Online Public Services on the Hue-S Platform 2026” online contest. Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee, along with representatives of departments, agencies, localities, universities, hospitals, research institutes, and the business community in the area.

He also called for the entire system to implement solutions decisively and in a coordinated manner, striving to achieve double-digit growth in 2026.

Hue City is gradually building a modern administration grounded on digital data and technological platforms. The digitalization of public administration not only boosts the effectiveness of governance and administration but also aims to better address the needs of both residents and businesses.

Following its success in Hue, representative paintings by Emperor Ham Nghi will be showcased to the public in Hanoi in late April 2026.

At Hue Royal Antiquities Museum, the application of technology to digitize heritage artifacts and antiques has been implemented early, allowing visitors to experience the artifacts from afar.
