On the afternoon of August 15, Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television, in coordination with the Saigon General Clinic System, organized a scholarship award program for students who have overcome difficulties in the 2025 - 2026 academic year.

On August 14, Hue City Police announced that the program in response to the campaign “Moving forward with Vietnam” will be held in Hue City on August 16.

On the afternoon of August 13, Hue City People's Committee Office announced that a delegation from Hue City, led by Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong, had a series of working sessions in Hobart City, Tasmania, Australia. These sessions were part of the Program to promote Vietnamese localities in Australia in 2025, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A workshop was held to evaluate the implementation of environmental criteria in the new-style rural building programme, with the goal of building modern, green, and sustainable new rural areas in the period of 2026 - 2030.

On July 31st, a delegation from Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, including 16 high school students along with representatives from Okinawa Prefectural Government and Japan Overseas Cooperative Association (JOCA) Okinawa Office, arrived in Hue City to participate in a cultural exchange and homestay program as part of the “OIC Youth’s 2025” program. This event is one of the key activities under the Japan-Hue 2025 Homestay and Cultural Exchange Program.

With dozens of specially designed programs fixed to each age group, combining experiencing hands-on activities, historical storytelling, and royal court games, the heritage education initiative at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities has become a popular experiential learning destination for thousands of students.

On July 17, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University held a graduation ceremony and awarded bachelor’s degrees to students who completed the Work-Study Transfer Program for the academic year 2023 -2025.

Continuing the program of the 10th session of the City People's Council, term VIII, on the afternoon of July 16, the City People's Council approved 8 important resolutions, serving as a basis, a foundation for the city's development in the coming period.

On the afternoon of July 13th, the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University, held a graduation ceremony for students of the two full-time programs that spanned the academic years 2022-2025: in-service English Language Teacher Education (ELTE); and the second-degree in English studies for students of cohort 18.

On July 12, the Faculty of Engineering and Technology - Hue University (HUET) announced its new training programs in Microchip Design Technology, and Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology. This marks a significant step in the strategy to train high-quality human resources, anticipating the demands of scientific and technological development in the digital industrial age.
