On April 26, the People’s Committee of Huong An Ward hosted a program titled “Huong An Rural Market” in 2026 under the theme “Mi xu mi som” (First sale of the day). The activity was held to promote local agricultural products, enhance the development of rural tourism, and spread traditional cultural values in the new development era.

With the theme “Echoes of Books - Resonance of Heritage” a contest exploring the Hue Bookcase, jointly organized by the Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, Hue Institute for Development Studies, and the Institute of Digital Transformation and Learning Resources (Hue University), will take place from April 22 to May 25.

“The shift from fossil fuel-based transport to green mobility requires the participation of people, businesses and government,” shared Mr. Cung Trong Cuong, Director of the Hue Institute for Development Studies, in an interview with Hue Today Weekly.

VnExpress Marathon Hue 2026 officially took place on the morning of April 19, with the starting point on Le Duan Street, in front of the Phu Van Lau - Nghinh Luong Dinh area. Mr. Tran Huu Thuy Giang, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, attended the event and joined the 5km race.
