On March 17 and 18, Hue Odonto-Stomatology Hospital, in collaboration with Nuoy Reconstructive International (the USA), organized a reconstructive plastic surgery program, providing treatment opportunities for many patients with maxillofacial deformities while opening up prospects for international cooperation in specialized healthcare.

On the morning of March 17th, Military Hospital 268, under the Logistics-Technical Department of Military Region 4, organized a voluntary blood donation program themed “Red Journey 2026”, attracting a large number of officers, soldiers and staff.

On the evening of March 14th, at the hall of Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, the Institut Français de Hué, in coordination with Hue Vietnam - France Friendship Association and local educational institutions, organized Francophonie Night 2026. On the morning of March 10th, Hue Youth Union and Hue City Young Pioneers Council organized the 2026 “Healthy Children - Advancing to the Youth Union” Festival at Tran Quoc Toan Primary School in Phu Xuan Ward.
