Amid the accelerating pace of digital transformation, the program focused on sharing digital platform solutions designed to help businesses optimize sales operations, enhance customer engagement, and improve data management.

At the program, Mr. Pham Duy Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Soc do Joint Stock Company, shared practical insights on driving revenue growth through the Zalo, AI, and CRM ecosystem. Accordingly, nowadays, beyond simply promoting products, businesses should focus on building customer data systems, maintaining customer engagement, and strengthening after-sales services to improve conversion rates.

A notable issue highlighted during the program was the reality that many businesses remain heavily dependent on social media platforms while lacking ownership of customer data, as well as effective systems for customer care and retaining existing clients. CRM solutions introduced at the event were designed to help businesses store and manage data, classify customers, automate customer care processes, and strengthen long-term sales capabilities.

In addition, AI applications in marketing, content creation, operations, and customer behavior analysis also attracted significant interest from the participating business community. According to the organizing committee, the program not only provided knowledge and technological solutions but also created a platform for local businesses to connect, exchange experiences, and gradually adapt to current digital business trends.
