To share difficulties with people in disadvantaged circumstances on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on February 4th, Thien Tam Fund of Vingroup, in coordination with Hue Newspaper and Radio, Television, organized the presentation of Tet gifts to poor households in Hue City.

During the day and evening of February 4, at A Luoi 3 Commune, the City Border Guard Command, in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city and local authorities, organized the program “Border Guard Spring - Warming the Hearts of Border Communities” on the occasion of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.

Such is the theme of a special exhibition held by Hue City History Museum to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3rd, 1930 - February 3rd, 2026) and to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.
