From mega music festivals attracting thousands of young audiences to community arts programs spreading across social media, Hue is revealing a new face as a heritage city.

On June 19th, at Hue Imperial Citadel, MONO, a singer, officially held a countdown event to launch his new music video, “Cong Tu Van Tho”.

The arrangement is to celebrate the Vesak 2568. The seven lotus flowers represent the seven first steps taken by the Buddha at his birth. They were first introduced in Huế during the 2008 United Nations Day of Vesak and maintained ever since as a symbol marking the arrival of Vesak.
