The construction of Ring Road 3 will begin in September 2025, marking a major milestone in Hue City’s urban transportation infrastructure development strategy. Far more than a conventional road project, this route is seen as a catalyst for expanding urban space, creating strategic land reserves, attracting investment, and improving quality of life for local residents.

The intense competition among domestic tourism destinations and the increasing demand of visitors require further investment in infrastructure and modernization of destinations, including high-end infrastructure and accommodation services.

In creating a new facade for urban areas, beyond beautification, investment in infrastructure, commerce, services, and improving the quality of urban life... transport infrastructure is also a key element in connecting and contributing to making Thua Thien Hue soon become a centrally-governed city.

Thua Thien Hue prioritizes mobilizing resources, focusing on accelerating investment in key infrastructure development projects. At the same time, the city gradually improves the investment environment to attract more large enterprises.

Public investment resources play a significant role in speeding up economic, political, and social development, especially in the construction of economic and social infrastructure, creating a favorable environment for production, business, and enterprise activities. Along with the investment in completing traffic infrastructure, lighting system and public utilities, Hue City has recently prioritized the resources to allocate investment capital to upgrade and restore communal houses, in order to contribute to the conservation and restoration of relics in the area.
