On the morning of November 30th, Hue City People’s Committee Office announced that on November 29th, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2688/QD-TTg approving the election result for the position of Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.

On the morning of November 30, at the Culture and Cinema Center, Hue City Health Department organized a rally to respond to the National Action Month for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, and World AIDS Day 2025.

On the evening of November 29, the Department of Tourism coordinated with relevant units, to organize a welcome event for the first flight and its passengers traveling from Shenzhen (China) to Hue City by air. Attending the program was Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee.

On the morning of November 29, leaders of Hue City Project Management Board for Transport Construction Investment announced that the project of coastal road and the bridge passing over Thuan An estuary has reached approximately 90% of its total construction value; and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

On November 28th, at the City Institute for Development Studies, Hue City Children’s Rights Protection Association organized a training session on reproductive health care skills and water safety education for its staff and members. The program is part of the Association’s 2025 activity plan and was carried out in coordination with the organization HueHelp.

Under the theme “Hue Spring Festival 2026 - Identity and integration”, Hue Spring Flower Festival 2026 will be held at Ly Tu Trong Park, Thuong Bac Park, Kim Long Park (the area opposite Kim Long communal house), 3/2 Park, and at various green spaces and streets in the city.

On November 27, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh had an official meeting with the Organizing Committee of the “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” program.

That was the theme of a seminar, held on the morning of November 27, to celebrate the 45th founding anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City (1980 - 2025).
