The event was part of a series of activities for the "Fukuroi Day in Hue", organized to celebrate the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan. On October 23, three provinces and city, including: Quang Nam, Da Nang, and Thua Thien Hue, coordinated with the Malaysia - Vietnam Friendship Association to organize a tourism introduction program at the World Trade Center Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL), Malaysia.
