On October 4, Hue City Cardiology Association organized a free medical examination program in Loc An Commune for policy beneficiaries and the elderly.

Hue City has recently become the starting point for a campaign to strengthen the implementation of a smoke-free environment in restaurants, hotels, and public attractions. On August 16, in Hue City, the Fund for Tobacco Harm Prevention and Control (Ministry of Health) organized a launching ceremony of the campaign to strengthen the implementation of smoke-free environments in restaurants, hotels, and public places.

Aiming to create a clean, friendly tourism environment for the health of the community, efforts to prevent and control the harmful effects of tobacco at accommodation facilities, hotels, and resorts in Hue City have recently been strengthened and effectively implemented. Many hotels not only strictly comply with legal regulations but have also creatively developed smoke-free models in alignment with green and sustainable tourism development.

On July 3rd, Hue Help Organization launched a safe swimming course as part of a child drowning prevention project funded by the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids (CTFK).

On June 23rd, Hue Odonto-Stomatology Hospital officially launched a free reconstructive surgery program for patients with craniofacial deformities. The program, held from June 23rd to 27th, is part of the hospital’s Surgery Week and is conducted in collaboration with ReSurge International organization (USA).

According to information from the Hue Dental and Maxillofacial Hospital, from June 23 to 26, the hospital will coordinate with ReSurge International to carry out a program offering free surgery for patients with craniofacial deformities, cleft lips, palatal deformities, and other craniofacial abnormalities.

On March 31, Hue Dental Hospital announced that its Department of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, in collaboration with Resurge International (US), will provide free reconstructive surgery for 100 cases of congenital deformities.

To provide opportunities for students and visitors to explore and study natural resources and biodiversity through valuable collections of animals, plants, geological specimens, minerals, and marine organisms, the Central Coastal Nature Museum is now offering free guided tours and interactive experiences.

In response to the 2025 World Glaucoma Week, Hue Central Hospital - Ophthalmology Center is organizing a free eye check-up program for individuals over 60 years old or those who are at risk of developing glaucoma.
