On July 13th and 14th, Hue Odonto-Stomatology Hospital, in collaboration with Hong Lien Foundation, Inc., organized a community outreach program providing free dental examinations, consultations, and treatment, along with charitable donations, for residents in the mountainous district of A Luoi. The initiative aims to improve oral health while promoting compassion and supporting social welfare.

On July 9 and 10, Hue Lung Hospital, in coordination with the People’s Committee of Phong Quang Ward, launched a periodic health check-up campaign, free health examinations and screenings, and rolled out the 2026 Free Respiratory Disease Screening Program.

On June 29 and 30, the Odonto - Stomatology Center at Hue Central Hospital, in collaboration with the Smile Train Vietnam, organized a comprehensive examination and consultation program for patients with cleft lip and cleft palate.

On the afternoon of June 10, over 14,000 candidates in Hue City area arrived at 37 examination venues to complete registration procedures for the 2026 High School Graduation Exam.

To ensure the health and safety of candidates participating in and those involving in the High School Graduation Examination this year, the City’s Department of Health has rolled out a series of measures covering healthcare services, disease prevention and control, and food safety during the exam period.

On the morning of June 8, the Department of Education and Training held a training conference on examination administration procedures for the 2026 National High School Graduation Examination for school administrators and teachers serving as heads and deputy heads of the examination centers, and secretaries from 37 examination venues across the city.

On May 28, 1,728 candidates took part in the competency assessment examination for Grade 6 admission at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School for the academic year 2026 - 2027.

The principal of Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted announced that Hue City has three 12th-grade students exempted from the 2026 National High School Graduation Examination and granted priority direct admission to universities and colleges. All three students are from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted.

In the context of increasingly deep international integration, cooperation in the healthcare sector has become one of the key drivers contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, enabling domestic doctors to access advanced techniques and gradually enhance their professional expertise.

In the National Excellent Student Examination for the 2025-2026 academic year, Hue City won four First Prizes. Notably, Geography recorded its first-ever First Prize winner, while French returned to the highest podium position after many years, earning two First Prizes. These results reflect the sustained efforts of students from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted, further enriching Hue’s distinguished educational record.
