On the morning of July 15th, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy held a ceremony to confer graduation certificates and award Level 1 Specialist Doctor degrees to 37 physicians from the 2024 - 2026 cohort, the tenth class trained under Project 585 - the Ministry of Health's pilot program ‘Young Volunteer Doctors for Underserved Areas’.

A decade ago, Kimura Brazilian Jiujitsu Hue was merely a grassroots martial arts club with a few dozen practitioners training for fitness and self-defense.
