From her journey to revive the craft of making dó (poonah) paper in the raw material area in the North, Ms. Tran Hong Nhung, the founder of Zó Project, has brought the story of dó paper and beeswax to Hue through hands-on experiences. Here, the craftsmanship techniques of the Dao Tien people are introduced and tested for integration into contemporary life.

In Hue, the traditional Lunar New Year “Tet” does not arrive with fanfare. It begins quietly in the kitchen, from a pot of banh tet (a cylindrical sticky rice cake with mung beans and pork) glowing over the fire, from the warm scent of ginger, from a jar of mixed pickled vegetables. A piano technician, someone who maintains and repairs the "Kings of Instruments", is a profession few pursue today. It does not offer high income, while each maintenance session take times, possibly up to six hours or more for tuning and adjustments, depending on the condition and “ailment” of each piano.

This beauty has also blended with many other factors to contribute to the recognition of Ao dai as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage under the name “Knowledge of Tailoring and Wearing Hue Ao dai”. Hue locals in general and Hue women in particular have the right to hope that one day in the near future, Hue Ao dai will be recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

The brown-shanked douc only lives in the Indochina region, and is listed as Critically Endangered in the Red Book of Vietnam and the IUCN Red List of the world.
