Starting on January 1, 2025, Hue Today Online has launched for readers with a new domain name. This change also marks a significant milestone in the development journey of a publication of Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television.

On September 18, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Phu Xuan Ward, in collaboration with the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center (Hue Central Hospital) organized the first session of the Voluntary Blood Donation Day in 2025.

This event was held to celebrate the 25th anniversary of World First Aid Day (September 13, 2000 - September 13, 2025).

Young Women’s Football Festival 2025 took place on the afternoon of September 13 at Tu Do Stadium. The event was co-organized by Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), the Department of Culture & Sports, the Department of Education & Training, and Hue City Football Federation.

On September 12th, the Department of Home Affairs, in collaboration with Hue College, organized the “Sustainable Job Fair 2025”.

On the afternoon of September 8, Hue Central Hospital held a discharge ceremony for pediatric patient Vu Quynh C. (6 years old, from Bac Ninh), who had just successfully undergone an allogeneic bone marrow transplant to treat Thalassemia. This was the hospital’s 11th Thalassemia bone marrow transplant, and notably the first case in Vietnam using marrow donated by the patient’s biological mother.

A kite originating from Hue, which has been preserved for nearly 60 years in a museum in the United States, was discovered by a Vietnamese restoration expert. Through numerous accompanying documents, together with a passion for cultural roots, that expert “told the story” about how the kite was ordered in Hue Ancient Capital, then taken all the way to the U.S., and became an artistic artifact, etc…. It was truly fascinating.
