After over 2 weeks taking place in Hanoi, the exhibition on the country’s achievements with the theme “the 80-year journey to Independence - Freedom - Happiness” has officially closed. The organizing committee honored and awarded the title of “Typical Display Space” to the display space of Hue City.

On the afternoon of September 10, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with Hue City People's Committee, organized the opening ceremony of the 3rd Vietnam International Photography Festival in 2025. This biennial international event aims to build a brand name for Vietnamese photography, while contributing to promoting the image of the country, people, and culture of Vietnam to international friends.

Alongside provinces, cities, and ministries across the country, Hue City participated in the National Achievements “80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness” themed exhibition held in Hanoi, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2nd).

Every summer, blood shortages occur at many medical facilities across the country, including Hue Central Hospital - one of the top-tier hospitals that continuously receives a large number of emergency and treatment cases. In mid-June, the Faculty of Engineering and Technology - Hue University (HUET) held a graduation ceremony for its first 66 new engineers, marking a significant milestone in training and supplying high-quality human resources in the fields of engineering and technology for the Central - Central Highlands region and the entire country.

On June 19, Hue Central Hospital (HCH) reported that the hospital had simultaneously and successfully carried out four transplants: heart, liver, and cornea across the country. Four new lives were made possible thanks to the organ donation from a single father from Phu Yen.
