On September 16th, Hue City Transportation Construction Investment Project Management Board reported that it had submitted a proposal to Hue City People’s Committee for approval of the investment policy for building the new Vinh Tu bridge across Tam Giang lagoon, connecting Quang Dien commune with Phong Quang ward. The project’s total investment is estimated at over 1.500 billion VND.

This was a key focus at the event “Tech Startup Day: Connecting the Technology Startup Ecosystem in Hue”, organized by the Hue Innovation Hub on August 29.

On the morning of September 4, the opening ceremonies of three major international events, including the 19th International Travel Expo Ho Chi Minh City (ITE HCMC), Export Conference 2025, and the event “Connecting International Goods Supply Chain” officially took place at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Hue participated in the event with the joint stall of three localities Quang Tri - Hue - Danang.

“Thanh Thuy New Day - Connecting the Community” 2025 marathon, organized by Thanh Thuy Ward, took place on the morning of September 2. The activity was held to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2).

Strictly complying with quality standards, building product reputation, establishing reasonable pricing, ensuring legal conditions, being more proactive in distribution, while also creating a favorable environment for sustainable product development... were the issues that many businesses, cooperatives, and distributors were particularly concerned about at the 2025 Conference on Connecting and Promoting Agricultural Products, Specialties, and Handicrafts Consumption, which was held on the afternoon of August 16 in Quang Dien Commune.

Alongside public museum institutions, the system of private museums in Hue is considered a highlight in promoting cultural and heritage values and has become an attractive destination on the tourism map. However, the establishment of tours still depends on each museum’s own approach.

Golf tourism is increasingly becoming a driving force behind high-quality travel, attracting tourists who are willing to spend, including those from international markets. Hue has shown interest in developing this form of tourism, yet much work remains to be done to achieve greater effectiveness.

Beyond promoting regional cooperation, expanding connections and partnerships with localities across the country enhances the diversity of tourism products, strengthens the link between tours and routes, and improves the ability to attract tourists.

Numerous riverside walking paths along the Perfume and Nhu Y rivers have been and are being invested in and constructed. These not only enhance the urban aesthetics of the city but also serve as key highlights for tourism development.

From May 4 to 13, Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) is coordinating with the People's Committee of Hue City, Tourism Development Support Fund, Vietnam Airlines, and partners to organize a program introducing Vietnamese tourism, traditional craft villages, and cuisine, and connecting businesses on the occasion of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 in three European countries, including Italy, Switzerland, and France.
