On the afternoon of February 19, at Keiser University (28 Nguyen Tri Phuong), a non-profit community event themed “Spring Awakening of Dreams: The Journey of Hue people to the World's Top 1% Universities” took place in a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The program gathered notable figures from Hue, who conquered the world's top prestigious universities, returning to engage in direct dialogue with the younger generation in their hometown.

On the evening of February 7, at Kim Long Park in front of Kim Long Communal House, Kim Long Ward People’s Committee held the opening ceremony of the program “Kim Long Tet - Where Tradition Shines” 2026. The event is a hallmark community cultural activity that recreates the traditional Tet atmosphere while honoring and promoting the distinctive cultural values of Hue City - the historically rich land along the Huong River.

From February 7 to 15, 2026 (corresponding to the 20th to 28th days of the Lunar December of the Year of At Ty), the People’s Committee of Hoa Chau Ward will organize the “Hoa Chau Tet Festival” along Bao Vinh Pedestrian Street. The event will feature a wide range of distinctive cultural and community activities, helping to create a lively and joyful atmosphere for residents in celebration of the traditional Tet holiday of Binh Ngo 2026.

It is no longer uncommon to witness very young runners at marathon events held in Hue. It helps to spread the spirit of sportsmanship and community compassion.

On August 8th, nearly 20 of Vietnam’s leading F&B (food and beverage) brands gathered at the “F&B Hue 2025: The F&B 5.0 Model” event, where they shared practical insights into development trends and applicable solutions for the food and beverage sector. The event was organized by Hue F&B Community and drew a large number of business representatives, shop owners, and others with a keen interest in food and beverage scene in the area.

The “Hue Sports Festival” 2025, a community health-centered sports event, took place from July 12 to August 4. At this point, we can affirm that the event not only demonstrated the effectiveness of sports socialization but also laid a foundation for important future goals.

The community health sports festival “Hue Sports Festival” 2025 officially opened on the evening of July 20 at the square opposite Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, attended the event.

The Hue Festival 2025 Pickleball Tournament kicked off on the morning of July 19th at Louis Pickleball Court, 68A Hoang Quoc Viet Street. This event is one of 11 competitions within the “Hue Sports Festival 2025”, the third community health sports festival.

On the morning of July 11, Hue Central Hospital hosted the voluntary blood and platelet donation program titled “White Blouse - Pink Heart”, with the participation of 350 staff members and medical personnel currently working at the hospital. This annual event aims to help address the summer blood shortage while also promoting a spirit of compassion and solidarity within the medical community.

On the morning of June 23, the Action to Community Development Center (ACDC Institute) in collaboration with the City Department of Health and the Association for Persons with Disabilities - the City Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans, co-organized the 2025 event titled “Run with People with Disabilities: No Distance - No Limits” at Thuan An Beach (Thuan An Ward, Thuan Hoa District).
