On the morning of December 19, at Duyet Thi Duong - Hue Imperial Citadel, Hue Monuments of Conservation Center, in collaboration with Hue International Forum (HIF), hosted the 4th Hue International Forum in 2025 under the theme “Accompanying Comprehensive Development - Building a Sustainable Future”.

That was the theme of the First National Scientific Conference for Law Students in 2025, held by the network of Law Training Institutions in Vietnam, in collaboration with the University of Law, Hue University; Hanoi Law University, and Ho Chi Minh University of Industry and Trade on December 19.

On the afternoon of December 18, at the Ruong House space - the Royal Treasury Palace (Hue Imperial Citadel), Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in collaboration with Phygital Labs, officially launched the Culture - Heritage - Technology Experience Space.

On the afternoon of December 16th, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Khac Toan held a reception and working session with a delegation from Carlsberg Vietnam Trading Co., Ltd. On the afternoon of December 10, Hue City Fine Arts Association, in collaboration with the University of Arts, Hue University, organized the opening ceremony of the Fine Arts Exhibition celebrating the 74th anniversary of Vietnam Fine Arts Traditional Day (December 10, 1951 - December 10, 2025). The event attracted the participation of many artists and students.

On the morning of December 3, Vietnam Social Security, in collaboration with sponsors, the City’s Social Security Office, and local Party committees and authorities, organized the distribution of health insurance cards to residents in difficult circumstances in Nam Dong Commune.

On the morning of November 21st, at the Nguyen Dynasty’s Privy Council, or Co Mat Vien (Tam Toa), Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in collaboration with the University of Arts - Hue University, held the opening of a series of exhibitions and displays in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23rd).

On the morning of November 21, Hue University, in collaboration with Vietnam Educational and Social Assistance Foundation (VESAF, NFP), awarded scholarships sponsored by the VESAF, NFP to students in difficult circumstances, who have demonstrated good academic and personal performance.

On November 17, the ReSurge International, in collaboration with Hue Odonto-Stomatology Hospital, implemented a program of free examination and surgeries for patients with cleft lip and palate sequelae, facial pigmented lesions, ptosis, facial deformities, and hand deformities.
