On the morning of October 10, Hue City Police, in coordination with the University of Law, Hue University, and the Department of Education and Training, held the launch ceremony for the ‘Not Alone’ 2026 campaign under the message ‘Connect Without Harm’. The campaign aims to raise awareness, equip students with skills, and build a support network to protect them from online safety risks.

On October 9, the Department of Education and Training held the City-level High School Excellent Student Selection Exam for the academic year 2026 - 2027 at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted, with the participation of 3,025 students.

On the evening of October 8th, the Standing Board of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City launched the 2026 peak campaign month ‘For the Poor’. The event marked a meaningful effort ahead of the 96th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam National United Front (November 18th, 1930 - November 18th, 2026) and the Great National Unity Festival.

The final round and award ceremony of the 2026 Cultural and Arts Festival within Vietnam Fatherland Front system, themed ‘Song of Great National Unity’, was held on the afternoon of October 8th by the Standing Board of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City.
