According to the Department of Dike Management and Natural Disaster Prevention (the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), on the morning of October 30, nearly 30 tons of emergency relief supplies from the Government of Russia were delivered by special aircraft to Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi).

On the evening of October 28, Mr. Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Prime Minister, Standing Deputy Head of the National Steering Committee for Civil Defence, inspected and worked with Hue City on responding to the particularly large flood event occurring in the area.

According to statistics, the number of visitors to Hue in the first 9 months reached nearly 5 million arrivals, witnessing an increase of nearly 63% compared to the same period. This is truly good news for Hue as the city hosts the National Tourism Year for the second time.

On the morning of October 26, the live broadcast site of the final round of the “Road to Mount Olympia” 2025 took place vibrantly at the Song Huong Theater, Hue City. According to the information announced by the leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade, on the morning of October 27, in the framework of the Autumn Fair 2025, which is taking place in Hanoi, over 30 businesses, cooperatives, craft villages, and industry associations in Hue City are participating in displaying and introducing their products in the event.

On October 26, at Hue Central Hospital (Branch II), Hue Central Hospital, in collaboration with the Vietnam Young Doctors Association and Hue City Department of Health, organized the program “CAREME - Love Yourself, For a Healthier Vietnam: Cardiovascular - Kidney - Metabolic Screening” to provide healthcare for disadvantaged people in the area.
