As the costs of raw materials and fuel continue to rise and market requirements become increasingly stringent, digitalization combined with green production is becoming an inevitable direction for many businesses and manufacturing facilities in Hue City. On the morning of April 6th, Hue city People’s Committee held the launch ceremony for the “Understanding Online Public Services on the Hue-S Platform 2026” online contest. On April 4, Mr. Ho Cong Hai, Co-General Director in charge of production, R&D, and development at Kim Long Motor, announced that Kim Long Motor Company has signed a cooperation agreement with Kijsetthi Mobility (Thailand) to distribute bus models in the Thai market.

Alongside activities that support and accompany businesses and investors in accessing project information and related procedures, Hue City also places emphasis on signing memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and strategic cooperation agreements with major investors to build a foundation for long-term engagement between the government and investors.

On the afternoon of March 27th, more than 150 entrepreneurs and businesses in the city participated in “Vietnam’s Economy and Policies in the New Context: Solutions for Businesses” seminar, updating economic trends and exploring adaptive strategies for the new phase.

On March 21, in Ho Chi Minh City, Hue Association of fellow-countrymen in Ho Chi Minh City hosted an early spring reunion in a warm and heartfelt atmosphere, drawing over 400 delegates, fellow countrymen, businessmen, and intellectuals from Hue who are living, studying, and working in the southern region.

Following the Lunar New Year holiday of the Year of the Horse 2026, production activities at businesses across Hue have quickly resumed a new cycle. Production floors are once again bustling, and assembly lines are operating continuously to ensure export delivery schedules, laying the groundwork for the city’s 2026 growth targets.

On March 12, the City Tax Department and Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) - Hue Branch signed a cooperation agreement to jointly provide guidance on tax policies aimed at supporting household businesses in their digital transformation.
