On October 8th, the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, in coordination with local Party committees and authorities, held the inauguration and handover ceremony of the Community Cultural House combined with flood shelter in A Den Hamlet, A Luoi 3 Commune.

On the morning of September 29, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha chaired an online meeting with local authorities regarding the recovery from Typhoon No. 10. Immediately after that, Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the City Steering Committee for Civil Defence; and Colonel Phan Thang, Standing Member of the City Party Committee, Commander of Hue City Military Command, organized a meeting to implement measures to overcome the typhoon's aftermath in the city.

Not only reaching the strong growth in visitor numbers, but the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 has also created a ripple effect in promoting the destination’s image and positioning the Ancient Capital’s tourism brand name among businesses and visitors. On September 22, the Department of Science and Technology organized a training session for the authors and representatives of 30 ideas and projects selected for the semi-final of the 2025 Hue City Creative Startup Competition.

In the article “Pho Loi River through the Nguyen Dynasty’s Woodblock”, the author Thom Quang cited a historical information: “In Dai Nam thuc luc woodblock No. 154, the carved page 2 recorded that in the year At Mui of Lunar Calendar (1835), Emperor Minh Mang issued an edict for Thua Thien Hue Province to dig Pho Loi River”. Pho Loi River stretches along the route from Hue, starting from the point where it meets the Huong River and then flowing out to Thuan An seaport.

With coordinated action from authorities, investors, and local communities, Lang Co can fully awaken and emerge as a new engine of growth for the central coastal economic region.

On June 25, Vice Chairmen of Hue City People’s Committee, including Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, and Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, conducted field inspections and working sessions with local authorities regarding preparations and operation of the two-level local government model. Leaders from relevant departments and sectors also attended the working sessions.

On the morning of May 20, at Hue Royal Antiquities Museum, Hue Monuments Conservation Center solemnly received two casual ao dai that belonged to Empress Dowager Tu Cung. Ms. Cong Ton Nu Kim Chi (currently living in the US) authorized Mr. Pham Xuan Cuong to present them.

Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh has requested relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to continue close coordination, urge progress in implementation, and resolve difficulties and obstacles in site clearance for projects, and strive to complete the set goals in 2025.

From May 4 to 13, Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) is coordinating with the People's Committee of Hue City, Tourism Development Support Fund, Vietnam Airlines, and partners to organize a program introducing Vietnamese tourism, traditional craft villages, and cuisine, and connecting businesses on the occasion of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 in three European countries, including Italy, Switzerland, and France.
