On the night of October 8, Hue College of Tourism (under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism) held a program to welcome freshmen in the academic year 2025 - 2026, along with a cultural performance titled “The Rhythm of Hue Tourism”.

On the morning of October 3, over 3,300 students in the city area officially participated in the City-level Examination to Select Excellent High School Students for the academic year 2025 - 2026, held at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted. This activity is held annually to identify and nurture talented students, while also assessing the quality of learning and teaching in schools.

From October 3 to 5, the Department of Education and Training will organize the City-level Exam to Select Excellent High School Students in the academic year 2025-2026 at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted.

On the morning of September 23, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University held the opening ceremony for the 59th cohort in the academic year of 2025 - 2026.

On the occasion of welcoming the new academic year and the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2025, on the morning of September 13, the Phu Bai Ward People's Committee, in coordination with the sponsors (including the Phuot bike mien Trung and the RR Phu Bai - Hue cycling club), organized a program to present bicycles to students in difficult circumstances in the area.

On the morning of September 5, Hue University held the opening ceremony of the academic year 2025 - 2026, welcoming 15,000 new students who have been admitted to its full-time undergraduate programs.

To ensure good preparation for the Opening Ceremony of the academic year 2025 - 2026, linked to the 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the Traditional Day of Education sector, held online nationwide on the morning of September 5, the Department of Education and Training (DoET) established inspection teams on September 4. These teams were tasked with assessing the preparation and guiding the organization of the new academic year's opening ceremony at educational institutions across the city.

On the afternoon of August 15, Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television, in coordination with the Saigon General Clinic System, organized a scholarship award program for students who have overcome difficulties in the 2025 - 2026 academic year.

On July 17, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University held a graduation ceremony and awarded bachelor’s degrees to students who completed the Work-Study Transfer Program for the academic year 2023 -2025.

On the afternoon of July 13th, the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University, held a graduation ceremony for students of the two full-time programs that spanned the academic years 2022-2025: in-service English Language Teacher Education (ELTE); and the second-degree in English studies for students of cohort 18.
