In the mountainous commune of Khe Tre - newly born from the merger of Khe Tre Town and the communes of Huong Phu, Huong Loc, and Thuong Lo - a night concert titled “Ngan Ngo” (A Thousand Reveries) unfolded amid forest breezes, lights, and melodies.
