On the afternoon of December 31, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment held a conference to review its 2025 performance and roll out tasks in the field of agriculture and environment in 2026.

On the afternoon of December 15, Hue City Department of Health organized a conference to transfer the commune and ward health stations, in their current condition, from the medical centers to the Commune-level People's Committees for management. This is an important step to implement the City People's Committee's decisions on consolidating the organizational model of grassroots healthcare, towards improving management efficiency and promoting the role of local authorities in primary healthcare for People.

On October 21 in Hue City, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (MAE) organized a workshop titled “Guidelines and Implementation Roadmap for the ASEAN Eco-School Criteria – Towards Plastic-Free Schools” as part of the ASEAN Eco-School Awards Vietnam 2025. On the afternoon of September 30, Hue Central Hospital held a ceremony to announce the implementation of electronic medical records. This was a significant event, marking a new milestone in the digital transformation of healthcare, aiming towards a paperless smart hospital model. It was also part of the activities to celebrate the 17th Congress of Hue City Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term and the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The 36th Hue City traditional boat racing - 2025 kicked off on the morning of September 2 on the North bank of the Huong River, about 300 meters from Nghinh Luong Dinh Pavilion towards Da Vien Bridge. The event was held to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day (September 2), and it also served as a competitive sport for the 10th Hue City Sports Festival - 2026.

To develop the city towards the sea and foster regional links, Hue City has, in addition to effectively implementing its master plans, prioritized attracting and investing in major projects to complete its infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure, from central urban areas to satellite urban areas.

On May 19, in Phu Loc district, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization of Hue City, in coordination with Hue Central Hospital and the People's Committee of Phu Loc district, organized the opening ceremony of the 8th “Red Journey - Red Drops of Hue” program in 2025. This event is part of a series of activities in response to the nationwide blood donation campaign – the Red Journey, towards the celebration of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday.
